Search Engine Optimization has been around for some time, but has really·gain traction with business leaders finally seeing the value in the search engines. Many of the websites found on the first page of Google's results have been there for some time with limited competition, depending on the keywords of course, but the times have changed along with Google's algorithm. People are far more aware of what Google can do for small to medium size companies.
